Situated to the East of London, in the county of Essex, the town of Romford has been the site of a thriving market since the thirteenth century.
Alongside its famous market, the town offers a wide range of retail outlets in, among other places, its two large shopping centres, both of which are involved in a wider regeneration project that takes in much of Romford town centre.
This drive for modernisation is changing the face of the town which, although already a popular destination for visitors from the capital and further afield, aims to become an ever-growing local shopping hotspot.
Most of the major high-street names are already well represented at The Liberty and Liberty 2 shopping centres, with more to arrive in the near future alongside leisure facilities and other services.
